How it works
From 'we need cash' to 'it's landed'
Five steps. The clock starts when you enquire — here's how to keep it moving.
- 1
1. The 60-second enquiry
How much, what it's for, when it has to land and what the business can offer. No credit check when you first enquire.
- 2
2. A specialist calls you
A real person reads your enquiry and rings you — usually quickly — to confirm the deadline, security and trading picture.
- 3
3. One matched lane
Not a list of every lender. The capital source that genuinely fits your deadline, amount and exit, explained in plain English, with the total cost in dollars.
- 4
4. Documents and approval
Only once you say go. We tell you exactly which documents your lane needs — usually ID, statements and property details.
- 5
5. Settlement and funds
Documents signed, security put in place where needed, and funds released — to you, or straight to the ATO, supplier or vendor.
How to make it faster
- Enquire early in the day if your deadline is today — see same-day capital.
- Have documents ready — our documents checklist lists them.
- Answer accurately — the amount, your state and any property decide the lane.
- Line up signatories — every director and property owner.

Common questions
How fast does the whole process take?
It depends on the lane. Property-secured $20k to $250k is possible the same day and up to $5m within 24–48 hours. Smaller unsecured amounts can sometimes fund the same day. Other lanes typically take days.
Does enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check is only discussed once you've seen your option and decided to proceed.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. We don't spray enquiries around. One specialist works out where your enquiry belongs and talks to you before anything goes further.
What should I have ready?
ID, ABN details, recent business bank statements as PDFs, a list of existing debts and, if relevant, property details. Our documents checklist has the full list.
Can funds be paid directly to the ATO or a supplier?
Often, yes. Funds can be paid to whoever needs paying at settlement, with any balance to your account.
